In presence of His Excellency Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, a press conference was held in Cairo, to launch first edition of 2024 Pharaohs International Rally and Arab Motorcycle Championship.
The conference witnessed an intense media presence from journalists, various media outlets, TV channels and international news agencies, during which His Excellency, Minister of Youth and Sports announced his support for revitalizing motorcycle sports in Egypt and bringing Pharaohs Rally back to forefront again after an absence for many years.
His Excellency, Minister of Youth and Sports thanked Egyptian Motorcycle Federation (EMF) and Arabian Motorcycle Federation (AMF), and AMF president, Ibrahim Farid, and his crew for organising this event, with great Arab and international participation from Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.
2024 Pharaohs International Rally will be held from 2nd till 8th of May, under auspices of League of Arab States and Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The conference alone presence of Minister Plenipotentiary from League of Arab States, Dr. Faisal Ghassal, and large number of participants and organizers of the rally, and representatives from the official carrier, Respect Tours.
Rally competitions will start on Friday in Saqqara desert, where Stage One will be held, after which rest of rally program activities will be completed during the following days until next Wednesday.
