Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation delivered an impressive performance during its participation in 2026 Hail International Rally, achieving a series of remarkable results that reflected the continuous development of motorsport in Qatar and confirmed the team’s strong presence across various regional and international categories.
One of the standout performances came from driver Mohammed Al-Marri, who secured first place in the SSV category within the Middle East Baja Cup. Al-Marri demonstrated exceptional skill and consistency throughout the rally stages, successfully handling the challenging desert terrain and maintaining competitive speed. His victory further highlighted his growing reputation as one of the region’s leading competitors in this highly competitive category.
In Challenger of FIA World Baja Cup, Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari achieved an outstanding result by finishing in second place. Al-Kuwari delivered a strong and calculated performance throughout the rally, showcasing excellent race strategy and pace management that enabled him to secure a well-deserved podium finish in one of the most competitive classes at the global level. This achievement reflects the steady progress of Qatari drivers and their ability to compete alongside top international competitors.
Meanwhile, Nouaf Al-Suwaidi added another significant achievement by finishing third in the Challenger category within Middle East Baja Cup. His podium finish completed a remarkable triple success for the Qatari team, further emphasizing the federation’s effective strategy in developing talented drivers capable of delivering strong performances across different championship levels.
At overall classification level, Qatari rally legend Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah once again demonstrated his exceptional capabilities by securing first place overall in the rally. This victory marked his third international win within a single month, underlining his outstanding form and reaffirming his status as one of the most prominent figures in global rally racing. Al-Attiyah continues to set high standards in motorsport through his vast experience, technical expertise, and ability to perform under demanding racing conditions.
